Approximately 80% agreed with the fact that knowledge search was very helpful in their daily lives (lifestyles). Significantly, 67.1% of the users who access Naver, the #1 search portal in Korea, said that they visited Naver only just because of the knowledge search feature. Not only experts but also general users create a lot of new knowledge information based on their experience. Such new knowledge is quickly shared and spread among other users.
